One of our team will call you to arrange for DHL to collect your device.
Please ensure your device is packaged well, with adequate padding and it is boxed and sealed.
Once we have arranged the collection of your device we will send you a document that you will need to tape to the box before the courier collects.
THE REPAIR WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS.
Note: Handheld game consoles have a longer turnaround of 3-5 days.
